Elle aurait aim\u00e9 vivre une vie d&rsquo;artiste, mais ce destin ne lui appartient pas. Apr\u00e8s tout, il faut bien manger et payer le loyer. La bonne \u00e0 tout faire hollandaise a un ami de l&rsquo;autre c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la rue, Usman, un po\u00e8te pakistanais qui aime les pigeons. La nuit, quand les gens et les pigeons dorment, Usman travaille dans son magasin de nuit. Il y a aussi Clara (Clara Spilliaert), et les deux experts omniscients, Geert et Francesco. Geert photographie les yeux des pigeons et Francesco leur chuchote \u00e0 l&rsquo;oreille. Dans \u00ab\u00a0The Shadow Workers\u00a0\u00bb, toute cette histoire est racont\u00e9e par un pigeon qui r\u00e9pond au nom de Lukaku.
