Pre-Studies for a Film (The film about the Northern Light Expedition) est un montage spatial essayiste qui prend comme point de d\u00e9part la premi\u00e8re exp\u00e9dition scientifique danoise d’observation des aurores bor\u00e9ales \u00e0 Akureyri en Islande en 1899\/1900. Le film s’attarde sur deux des membres de l’exp\u00e9dition : l’artiste peintre Harald Moltke et l’\u00e9tudiant en physique m\u00e9t\u00e9orologique Dan la Cour, l’arri\u00e8re-grand-p\u00e8re d’Eva la Cour. Le film r\u00e9fl\u00e9chit aux explorations filmiques de l’\u00e9criture de l’histoire et de la m\u00e9moire, en plus d’aborder diverses tentatives d’\u00e9tablir des relations entre les arts visuels et la science.<\/p>\n
