COMMUNICATION<\/h2>

Cin\u00e9aste et ancienne participante au SIC.
\nSophie Sherman fait partie de l’\u00e9quipe de communication du programme SIC.
\nElle est une cin\u00e9aste franco-belge n\u00e9e en 1980. Elle a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 les beaux-arts \u00e0 l\u2019\u00c9cole des Beaux-Arts de Marseille et le cin\u00e9ma \u00e0 Aix-Marseille University, avant de poursuivre sa pratique au Fresnoy, Studio national des arts contemporains. Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, elle a principalement explor\u00e9 le m\u00e9dium du 16mm \u00e0 travers une approche documentaire, exp\u00e9rimentale et po\u00e9tique, avec des films tels que La marche (2015, 19\u2019), L’eau \u00e9tait l\u00e0 (2025, 15\u2019, cor\u00e9alis\u00e9 avec N\u00e9mo Camus) et Hold my hand (2025, 17\u2019). Ses films ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans des festivals et lieux tels que le Torino Film Festival (IT), L\u2019Alternativa (ES), le Thessaloniki International Film Festival (GR), le Alchemy Film and Moving Image Festival (UK), le Wiels – Centre d’Art Contemporain \u00e0 Bruxelles (BE) ou encore Le Centre d’art Ontsteking \u00e0 Gand (BE).<\/p>\n
