Synopsis

Issu du récit personnel d’une quête de libération aux États-Unis au début des années 70, « Liberty : an ephemeral statute » réfléchit aux désirs d’émancipation, d’émigration et d’éducation post-68 à travers des mémoires impressionnistes et un portrait de la mère de la réalisatrice, aujourd’hui de retour en Écosse.
