A meeting between a newcomer and an authority is uncovered by an unreliable narrator, who seems to be eating while speaking. Paralleling language learning with shape-shifting, the film aims to bring light to the power exchange between host and guest in the context of the adaptation process of migrants coming from developing countries in Europe.
